  • Q: Can you explain what a singing waiter does?
    A singing waiter is a performer who disguises themselves as part of the venue staff and then surprises guests by breaking into song, creating a memorable entertainment experience.
  • Q: How long is the performance?
    Each performance is approximately 30 minutes, featuring well-known classics that get everyone singing and dancing.
  • Q: Where do you perform?
    We perform across London, Suffolk, Yorkshire, and surrounding areas. Free travel is included within 100 miles round trip of your event.
  • Q: How do I get a quote?
    Simply complete our Instant Quote form and we’ll send you a personalised confirmation.
  • Q: What is your payment policy?
    A non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance is due not later than six weeks prior to the event.
  • Q: Are there any other costs?
    A: We keep our pricing simple and transparent. However, there are a few additional costs that may apply in certain situations: 🚗 Parking Fees: If free, on-site parking is not available, any parking or congestion charges will be added to your final invoice. 🍽️ Supplier Meals: A meal and refreshments must be provided for each performer. If no meal is provided, a £25 per performer meal charge will be added to your invoice. 🎵 Bespoke Songs: Bespoke song requests are £50 per song. 🎧 DJ Upgrade: DJ services start from £300 and are optional. 📍 Travel Fees: Travel is free within a 100-mile round trip from the event venue. Additional mileage is charged at £1 per mile beyond this allowance. All additional costs will always be clearly itemised on your invoice before payment is due.
  • Q: What are your prices?
    Solo: £550 | Duo: £1,000 | Trio: £1,450 – all prices include PA system and free travel within 100 miles round trip.
  • Q: What should I do if my venue doesn't offer free parking?
    If your venue doesn't provide free parking, any parking fees will be added to your final invoice.
  • Q: Do you charge travel fees?
    We offer free travel within a 100-mile round trip. Additional mileage is charged at £1 per mile beyond this.
  • Q: Do you need access to power?
    Yes – we require access to at least three standard 13-amp power socket near the performance area.
  • Q: Can you describe the process for requesting a bespoke song?
    If you want a bespoke song, we make it easy and personal. Here's the process: ✅ Choose the bespoke song option on your booking form. 🎶 Provide the song title and artist when you complete the form or email us after booking. 🎤 We'll confirm the song's suitability and availability within 48 hours. 🎧 We'll prepare and rehearse your request to perform it live on the day. Cost: Bespoke songs are £50 each. Note: We recommend selecting bespoke songs at least 4 weeks before your event for adequate preparation.
  • Q: How do you blend in as waiters?
    Our singers will arrive dressed as venue staff and assist discreetly for up to one hour before the performance.
  • Q: Can I choose how the surprise is revealed?
    Yes – we offer unique reveal scenarios like The Falling Waiter, Deliveroo Driver, Chef, Police Officer, and more.
  • Q: What songs do you sing?
    A: Our singing waiters perform a wide range of feel-good, well-known classics that are perfect for getting your guests singing and dancing.   • Q: Can we request specific songs?
    Yes – bespoke song requests can be added for £50 per song.
  • Q: What happens if I need to postpone my event?
    We allow one free date change for postponed events. Any additional changes may result in extra fees.
  • Q: What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel within six weeks of the event, the full booking fee will be charged.
