Yes — we are able to perform outdoors where suitable space and access is available. Outdoor performances may require additional planning depending on the venue setup, including access to power where required and appropriate weather contingency. If you are planning an outdoor performance, please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

No — our performance is designed to fit seamlessly within your event schedule and is typically arranged during a natural break in service, such as between courses or after speeches. We will liaise with your venue or event coordinator in advance to ensure the performance integrates smoothly into the running order of the day

Yes — wherever possible, we are happy to work with you to plan how the surprise performance is revealed on the day. We will liaise with you and your venue or event coordinator in advance to agree the best moment for the performance, whether that’s between courses, after speeches or during a natural break in service. We will also discuss any preferred disguises or roles for our performers, such as waiting staff or delivery personnel, to help ensure the surprise fits seamlessly into your event. Our team will always provide guidance based on experience to ensure the reveal has the greatest possible impact for you and your guests.

In the unlikely event that your allocated performer becomes unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide a suitable professional replacement to fulfil your booking. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, all monies paid will be refunded in full.

Yes — all of our performers hold valid Public Liability Insurance and all performance equipment is PAT tested in accordance with UK safety standards. Documentation can be provided to venues upon request.

Where possible, we are happy to accommodate preferences for either male or female performers. While our team is predominantly male, we do also work with professional female vocalists and will always do our best to meet your preference, subject to availability on your chosen date. Please let us know at the time of enquiry if you have a preference so that we can take this into account when scheduling your performers.

Yes, in addition to our singing waiter performances, we can also offer a range of optional upgrades to enhance your entertainment throughout the day. This includes the option to extend your performance with an additional 60-minute live set, which is available at £200 per performer. We can also provide additional singers where required to create a larger or more impactful performance. Please let us know at the time of enquiry if you would like to discuss available upgrade options.
