How long does the performance last?

We book out a full day for your event. This includes us traveling to your event from anywhere in the UK. We arrive an hour before your guest to set up our equipment and to ensure that your guests don't see us.  Our waiters will then change, blending in as ‘normal’ waiters, be that serving drinks during the reception or collecting glasses we mingle with your guests making them believe we are genuinely waiters.

Then at the agreed time (normally between the mains and dessert course), we burst into song singing around 8 songs, which lasts around 30 minutes consisting of audience participation and sing-along classics!

What songs are included?

  • O Sole Mio ( just one cornetto) / Funiculi Funicula

  • That's Amoré / Volare

  • Can't take my eyes off of you

  • Daydream Believer

  • Delilah

  • Sweet Caroline

  • Amarillo (Is this the way)

  • Don't Look Back In Anger

  • Nessun Dorma

Can I request a song, or make changes?

Although our song list has been curated over many years to make sure we get your guests up singing and dancing throughout we appreciate you may want to make a few changes. For this, we charge £50 per song change to cover the additional rehearsal time required, however before we charge you we will make sure the song sits within the performer's range and sounds perfect (no one wants a bad karaoke cover) If it works we will let you know and invoice accordingly.

How much does it cost?

All our base costs are fixed depending on if you require one, two, three, four or more singers. The main contributing factor to a quote is the venue location. The location of the venue determines our required travel time, which may also require arriving a day before the event and will therefore require accommodation for performers. However we will work closely with you to understand the specific details and make sure it’s all included in the quote, so there are no hidden fees.

When do I need to pay?

You pay a small non-refundable deposit of £100 to confirm your booking once you’ve agreed to our contract, the rest of the remaining balance you can either pay in full or with interest-free installments, either option is fine as long as the balance is fully paid 4 weeks prior to your wedding or event!

Are there any additional costs to be made aware of?

Some things which are not included in the price of the quote are additional parking costs and supplier meals.

The reason we don't include these in the quote as from venue to venue these costs can differ quite drastically and we aim to be the most cost effective supplier out there. For instance in most cases parking is free however in some venues parking can be upwards of £45 pounds. This is the same for supplier meals some venues are happy to provide us a meal for free, some are as low as £7.99 where some are £50 per head so we normally leave this to you to sort with the venue alternatively we charge £25 per person to cover food and drink. as we are normally on site for upwards of 5 hours. If you have any questions regarding this please don't hesitate to speak to us.
