set up their own PA and then seamlessly blend in as a member of the venue staff assisting intermittently with the service for up to 1 hour prior to performance to add the element of surprise

 

Then at the agreed moment, your waiter will burst into song for 30 - 40 minutes performing well-known classics promising and enjoyable experience with audience participation and lots of fun for all involved.
